Marin Mommies presents a sponsored article from Rebounderz Rohnert Park.

Rebounderz Rohnert Park is fitness and fun rolled into one, for the whole family! Just 20 minutes up the highway from Novato, we are a facility that specializes in entertainment that provides exercise while having fun!  One hour of jumping burns about 1,000 calories. It also increases metabolism, circulates more oxygen to tissues and improves coordination!

In June, we are introducing our newest attraction, the JumpXTREME tower! Our tower platform is raised 14 feet above the ground and allows our guests to take a leap onto our custom designed inflated landing surface.  Test your fear of heights in a safe environment! Tummy fluttering at its best. Currently, experience our: 74 interconnected Trampoline Beds, 3-Level Indoor Playground, Air Dodge ball, Foam Pit, Basketball Slam, Arcade, Café, and Parents' Lounge with free wifi!

Fast Food Gets Healthy at Amy's Drive Thru in Rohnert Park

Amy's Drive Thru Rohnert Park

The terms "fast food" and "health food" have never really been synonymous—until Amy's Drive Thru opened last summer in the Sonoma County town of Rohnert Park! Created by the same people who run the Amy's Kitchen, famous for its vegetarian and vegan frozen pizzas, mac-and-cheese, burritos, and other prepared foods, Amy's Drive Thru is like a traditional fast food restaurant with, as the name implies, a drive through, but everything is either vegetarian or vegan, as well as made from sustainable, local, and organic ingredients. We've stopped by Amy's for lunch a few times when up in the area, and really enjoyed their unique healthy take on traditional fast food treats.

Jump and Play at Rebounderz Indoor Trampoline Arena in Rohnert Park

Rebounderz Rohnert Park

Families looking for active indoor fun should head up north to Rohnert Park and check out the new Rebounderz Indoor Trampoline Arena. We paid a visit last week to give it a try and everyone had a fantastic time! Rebounderz features a truly massive trampoline area, foam pits, a giant climbing structure, a dedicated toddler park, and more! There’s also an arcade, a café, and a parents’ lounge with wifi and big-screen TVs where you can watch your kids as they play.

When we first entered Rebounderz, we were astounded at the sheer size of the place. The main jump area has 74 eight-foot trampolines, separated by nets that allow multiple activities to take place at once, including open jump, dodgeball, and tot jumping for kids 5 and under. The indoor playground in the back room is also enormous, and it’s a lot of fun, too. It’s for kids ages 2 to 12, with a separate tot area for ages 0 to 4.
